The Editing

Week 11

After finished the recording, I start on the editing of the interview during week 11.
The editing process was not really difficult. I used garage band to merge the interview with sound elements such as music instrumental, sound of hands clapping and,etc. I did not use a lot of sound effect for this podcast due to the efficiency and the topic itself. The topic of this podcast is cyberbullying, which is a pretty serious topic. In my opinion, if I used too much sound effect, it will ruin the mood of the interview. As I have watched in several talk show which dealing with serious problem, they don't use a lot of catchy sound effects. They just use the common one such as hand clapping or audience laughter.
I just hope that the editing result will be great as my expectation.
